After reading Marshall McLuhanʻs The Medium is the Message we were introduced to our first book design project. We were asked to design layouts describing McLuhanʻs term, “the medium is the message,” as it pertains to a contemporary topic.
For my book I decided to choose the topic of the movement from paper and physical currency to digital currency. As we can see, the more hands free the world is getting nowadays the more the medium of physical currency is going extinct. But we can can look at the society and how they interact these new digital currencies and really see what is the message.
